Freeeeezing in London

OK Don, I admit, maybe I am a Wuss on the weather front. But it was nippy for two whole days in London.
Does anyone want to tell me what happened to Paul Martin and the government (beyond what I know about the vote of no confidence). I just can't think of a worse time to have to have an election. Who is going out campaigning? And who is going to show up at their local polling station to cast a vote in January? Talk about cold.
I keep telling my friends over here that Canada is sane and wonderful. Especially compared to the USA. However, now we have no government and two hostages in Iraq and it's winter and people have to spend time shovelling their driveways plus tomorrow we open the first window in our advent calendar. What a mess!
